Registration and abstract submission

In order to submit abstract, please register first (click ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM) and then log in (click LOGIN PANEL). Prior to submission make sure you have used the abstract template which is downloadable from the 'Call for abstracts' page.

Registration fees

 

Early bird

(1 May 2021 – 8 June 2021)

Regular

(after 8 June 2021)

Registration fees (Industry, Academia, Student) include access to all sessions, electronic conference materials and possibility to give an oral or poster presentation. Participation in the Young Investigator Symposium is also included in the conference fee, however registration for this event is mandatory.

Only students and PhD students are eligible for student fees; proof of status is required and should be sent to conference secretariat (euromof2021@uj.edu.pl).

Early registration fee will be accepted only if it is received until June 1, 2021. After this date only regular registration fee will be accepted.

 

Available methods of payment

1. Card (on-line payment)

After logging in to the registration system click Pay on-line link. Tick the amount of registration fee and click Pay on-line button. You will be transferred to the payment system (FirstData Polcard).  

2. Bank transfer

After logging in to the registration system click Edit registration fees link.

Choose Payments and invoices tab. You will be provided with bank transfer data.

Bank transfer title should include the name of the participant and the conference code (EuroMOF2021).

In case of bank transfer payment, all the bank charges should be covered by the participant.

 

Invoices

Participants who need the invoice for selected fees should complete the invoice data in the registration system. The invoice will be issued when we receive the payment. If you need the proforma invoice before settling the payment, please send the request to the following e-mail address: konferencje@uj.edu.pl after completing the registration process.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation until June 1, 2021 - full refund (minus banking charges).

Cancellation after June 1, 2021 - no refund.

Cancellations must be conferred in writing. All refunds will be processed after the congress.
